Automated and Manual Valves

Automated control valves that integrate into system for safety interlock and sequencing which suits various types of materials to be handled; manual operation is meant for service maintenance and contingency purpose. Selection of valves is based on application and suitability of such integration to the system setup.

Butterfly Valve
Regulate and control flow by flapping the disc, suitable for conveying line that conveys air, powders and liquid. Not suitable for abrasive materials and big granular materials convey
Gravity Diverter Valve
Divert the flow of materials by flapping the disc, using only on gravity flow
Ball Valve
Regulate and control the flow by rotating the ball, suitable for conveying line that convey air, powders and liquid. Suitable for high pressure application.
Pinch Valve
Forcing the elastic tubing to seal off by compressed air. Suitable for high abrasive materials convey. Ideal for CIP cleaning
Slide Gate Valve
Regulate and control the flow by sliding the plate, suitable for bulk storage discharge control and big granular materials
Diverter Valve
Divert the flow of materials by rotating the Ball, diversion normally comes in 3 or 4 ways. Using inline in conveying line with pressure
Iris Valve
Utilizes a concentrically closing fabric or rubber diaphragm to accurately control the flow of powders and granular material. Ideal for bulk bag unloading.
